Manage Users

Add a new user or delete / edit permissions of current users.

Site Logs

Statistics about recent site traffic and activity.

All the Other Links

This is the default Drupal Admin page, it contains links to many items that you will not need to use on a regular basis. Please note that there are several pages in this section, like the "views" page or "themes" page that give you the power to seriously mess up your website. It's a good idea to make a backup copy of the entire website directory and database before you play with these settings.
